This page is the handoff checklist. Technical build is complete when the Prolific pilot has run and the client approves the designs below.

Branded UX (mobile + desktop) + PWA

Responsive web app plus installable PWA (manifest, service worker, Add to Home Screen / Chrome install).

Close Milestone 1 (your actions)

  1. Deploy to HTTPS (Vercel) and set NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL
  2. Set PILOT_ADMIN_TOKEN and PROLIFIC_COMPLETION_URL
  3. Run client flow once: signup → $29 or $79 → upload photos
  4. Open /admin/pilot?token=… and create Prolific studies (25 places × each photo)
  5. Download pilot memo when 25 ratings complete
  6. Client confirms “Milestone 1 approved”

Please review /review on mobile and desktop. Reply with “Milestone 1 approved” or send revision notes. Six Photo Archetypes copy can arrive during Milestone 2–3.
